Brian serves as Assistant General Counsel at Innventure. He enjoys advising public companies and investment banks on corporate governance and securities matters, as well as strategic mergers and acquisitions. He also has significant experience preparing Exchange Act reports for public companies, including proxy statements and Forms 10-K, 10-Q and 8-K. Prior to joining Innventure, Brian was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP, a global law firm, where he advised emerging companies, large multinational corporations, and other clients on a wide range of securities offerings and M&A transactions. Brian holds a B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from The George Washington University and a J.D. from the University of Virginia School of Law.
