Catriona brings more than 20 years of strategic finance expertise and leadership experience to the Board of Innventure. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for Arlo Technologies, Inc., a smart home technology company based in Carlsbad, CA (Nasdaq: ARLO), and on the Board of Directors for Palomar Holdings (Nasdaq: PLMR), a specialty insurance company. Previously, Catriona served on the Board of Directors of General Fusion, a fusion energy company until May 2025, and on the Board of Directors of Cray Inc. (Nasdaq: CRAY) until its acquisition by Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2019. Catriona has been a CFO for more than a decade and is currently offering Fractional CFO and strategic services to pre-IPO companies including Whitehouse Post & Carbon Companies (2025-2026), Sambanova Systems (2024-2025), Sound Agriculture (2023), and Aktana (2021-2022). Catriona previously served as the Chief Financial and Administrative Officer for Hitachi Vantara, a multi-billion-dollar digital solutions subsidiary of Hitachi, Ltd.; Silver Spring Networks (formerly NYSE: SSNI) where she helped to execute the sale of the company to Itron (Nasdaq: ITRI) and Marin Software (formerly Nasdaq: MRIN), a company that provided software-as-a-service to optimize online advertising. Catriona holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from UCLA.
