Christina Atkinson joins Innventure as Vice President, Internal Audit, bringing more than 25 years of experience strengthening governance and compliance frameworks. Most recently serving as Director, Internal Audit at Centrus Energy Corp., Christina oversaw the company's audit strategy, risk assessment, and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance, transforming the function into a trusted business advisor.

Christina was instrumental in elevating internal controls to meet large, accelerated filer standards. Known for her collaborative leadership and commitment to continuous improvement, she builds strong cross-functional partnerships that drive organizational excellence. Christina holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Maryland.
