Eric is Chief Financial Officer of Innventure, overseeing finance, accounting, investor relations, and communications. He is a finance executive with more than two decades of experience in public companies, capital markets, strategic transactions, and private equity. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of Capital Factory. Previously, he served nine years as Chief Financial Officer of Astrotech Corporation (Nasdaq: ASTC), where he played a key role in restructuring the company, managed the sale of its satellite operations business to Lockheed Martin, and led capital formation. Earlier in his career, he held private equity roles at Virtus Capital Partners and Black Diamond Capital Management. He holds an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin and a bachelor’s degree in Finance, with honors, from the University of Illinois.
