Heather Fipps joins Innventure as a Corporate Controller with more than 15 years of experience spanning public accounting, corporate finance, and advisory services. Her expertise encompasses U.S. GAAP accounting, financial reporting, international consolidations, and M&A due diligence, with demonstrated skill in streamlining financial close analysis and mentoring accounting teams.Prior to joining Innventure, Heather held leadership roles at Graphite Financial and AssuredPartners, and provided audit and assurance services at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) for public and private clients across multiple industries. She holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Central Florida, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations from the University of Florida.
