As a former Big 4 CPA, Ian has led the preparation of SEC forms 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy, and 8-K's across multiple organizations, demonstrating deep proficiency in regulations S-X and S-K.

Throughout his career, Ian has specialized in drafting and reviewing footnote disclosures to financial statements while ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout regulatory filings. His expertise in designing and implementing comprehensive financial reporting procedures, combined with his experience leading digital transformation initiatives, makes him a valuable addition to our finance team.
