Michael joined the Innventure Board of Directors as an independent director in September 2026. He is Chief Revenue Officer of ABCorp, a global secure manufacturing and software services company serving the payments, identity, aerospace and defense, and robotics markets, where he leads enterprise revenue across all business lines.

Michael has founded and led two venture-backed technology companies. As co-founder and CEO of Ataata, he built a cybersecurity training platform that was acquired by Mimecast (Nasdaq: MIME). He subsequently served as Mimecast’s SVP of Sales and General Manager for Email, Security Awareness, and Threat Intelligence. He later co-founded and led Pretaa, an AI and behavioral analytics company.

Michael serves on the boards of Cyabra (Nasdaq: CYAB), an AI-driven threat intelligence company, where he sits on the Audit and Governance Committees, and The Village Bank, where he serves on the Audit Committee. He previously served on the boards of Telecommunication Systems (Nasdaq: TCS), through its acquisition by Comtech (Nasdaq: CMTL), and VerifyMe (Nasdaq: VRME).

Earlier, Michael was Deputy Assistant Secretary for Intelligence at the U.S. Department of the Treasury, overseeing cyber defense and technology modernization for the department’s intelligence mission. He retired as a lieutenant colonel after a 24-year Army career spanning airborne, armor, and military intelligence assignments, including work with the Joint Chiefs of Staff applying AI to senior leader decision support. He is a recipient of the Bronze Star Medal.

Michael holds an MBA from the Wharton School, an MIA from Columbia University, and a BA from Cornell University.
