Suzanne is a Member of the Executive Committee, General Counsel. She has over 25 years of experience providing legal counsel to public and private companies. She enjoys advising private equity firms and technology companies with respect to the evaluation, structure and negotiation of complex investment and commercial transactions, as well as regulatory and corporate matters. Most recently, she was the General Counsel for Magis Capital Partners and its fintech portfolio companies, including FIDx, Advisor Credit Exchange and Sallus Retirement. Previously, she served as a Managing Director and General Counsel of Actua Corporation, a publicly traded company that acquired and operated a portfolio of software-as-a-service businesses. Suzanne began her career as an associate in the Corporate Department of Dechert LLP, a global law firm. She holds a B.A. in Psychology and Spanish, cum laude, from Duke University and a J.D., cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center.
