Joe Barrasse serves as Director of Business Analysis. Prior to Innventure, Joe was a Vice President at Grail Partners, a merchant bank specializing in financial services. Joe focused on M&A advisory and private equity investing, including an artificial intelligence investment platform and several SPAC transactions. He worked as a consultant for several years, improving data-driven decision-making in the Healthcare and Public sectors. His other previous experience includes laser weapons research as a lead Mechanical Engineer at the Naval Surface Warfare Center. He earned his MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania State University.
